Roller Man was built as a mascotte of a rollerblades production company, but later he was reprogrammed as a tutor for kids who wanted to try them; however, being obsessed with security, he scared children more than actually taught them. He was momentarily put away until Dr.Mathias rebuilt him to shoot circular saws from his hands.
Whereas he gained a very powerful weapon, this installment caused a great raise of his internal temperature, making heat a fatal blow for him. Also his body his composed by 30% of plastic, which melts if exposed to great temperature, meaning that the most efficient way to take him down is by using the Core Blast
